I never knew why, but I've always hated humans as a race.
Animals in general behave the same way, not humans.
Some humans are monogamous, some the complete opposite.
Maybe it's cause as a race, humans are stupid. Individuals can be intelligent.
And why do I look at animals differently?
I compare people I know to animals in the way they behave.
I draw animals, and never draw humans, because where I see beauty in animals, I see ugliness in people.
There are few humans, which to me, can compare to the beauty of a fine animal.

You say animals behave the same way and that humans don't... you then go on to say humans are stupid, but individuals can be intelligent. By every human acting in different ways, thus individually, does that not make us intelligent and unique? It takes a much greater kind of person to break the mould, so it is these individuals who do, that need to be appreciated and not the blind, dumb animals, unquestioningly behaving the same as each other?
And essentially, are humans not all just animals anyway?
Keen to hear your thoughts...
Yes, we're all animals in the sense of a term, but theres a little something else.
ReplyDeleteYou could say animals are intelligent for being all the same, because the ones who are different, are usually picked on and killed faster.
Animals are predictable, in a way it's pleasant.
It seems a lot of humans just go awfully wrong.
Though there are many free thinking lovely individuals, humans don't always break the mould. A lot of humans are just blind and dumb, unbelievably so.
I'm not even entirely sure why animals are so beautiful and appealing to me.
Who's to say that the natural mould for a human is to be deceitful and 'wrong'?
ReplyDeleteMaybe the norm for humans is to be free thinking, lovely individuals and it is those who have learnt how to close off their minds and hurt people who have broken the mould? Would you still admire the people who break the mould, if the position was reversed?
Some might argue it's easy to please everyone, to consider oneself a 'free thinker' but in fact, have no genuine opinion. Could it not be argued that those who say, 'No. I believe this. I refuse to have my mind changed.' are in fact being stronger individuals then those who consider and accept everyones point of view?
Perhaps I have digressed a little, but still...?
:)
What good does breaking the mould do if it only hurts?
ReplyDeleteBeing different is only appreciated by me when its good, good in the sense that it brings diversity or brilliant ideas or no harm.
You shouldn't change your mind for people all the time, but without consideration, it's just silly :)
